Fuel Requirement Disclaimer

All tuned motors sold by us are designed and optimized to run on 93 octane (premium) fuel. Using a lower octane fuel may result in reduced performance, engine knock, or potential damage and will void any applicable warranty.

If you require the motor to be tuned for a different octane rating (such as 91 or E85), please notify us at the time of order placement so we can accommodate your needs.

Limitation of Liability

Notwithstanding any damages that You might incur, the entire liability of the Company and any of its suppliers under any provision of these Terms and Your exclusive remedy for all of the foregoing shall be limited to the amount actually paid by You through the Service or 0 (zero) USD if You haven’t purchased anything through the Service.
